About Our Client
My client is a leading commercial construction company in Kentucky that has a large footprint in the healthcare construction space. They are dedicated to providing high-quality, innovative construction solutions to their clients. They are currently seeking an experienced Superintendent with Healthcare Construction experience to join the team.

The Superintendent will be responsible for:

• Manage project budgets and timelines
• Ensure safety guidelines and regulations are followed on-site
• Oversee and manage subcontractors and employees
• Ensure quality control measures are implemented and adhered to
• Provide regular progress reports to project managers
• Attend project meetings with clients and architects
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and employees to ensure project schedules are met

The Successful Applicant
The successful Superintendent will have the following qualifications:

• Ability to manage budgets and timelines
• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in healthcare construction projects
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety guidelines
• Experience with scheduling and coordinating subcontractors and employees
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
