10+ years of experience in Global Supply Chain. Including Inventory Management, Production Planning, Supplier Development/Performance and International Logistics

5+ years’ experience leading SIOP or S&OP process.

Analyze and manage supply chain risks, including identifying potential supply disruptions and developing contingency plans

Manage GMP inventory throughout the supply chain, manage upcoming expiry, and ensure drug product accountability

Develop and manage inventory and supply strategies to optimize supply efficiency, minimize E&O while identifying risk and develop risk mitigation plans

Demonstrates experience and a strong understanding of commercial demand/supply planning and S&OP process

Systems thinker with 4+ years of experience in social and/or environmental sustainability and ESG, supply chain and operations management, or equivalent.

Strong project management and communications (presentation, written and verbal) skills.

Sustainability / ESG experience in the following areas preferred: climate and carbon; water; circular economy and materials management.

Analyze complex problems, deliver solutions and implement process improvements for sustainability issue management across Abbott’s value chain.

Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Science, Engineering, Business, Finance, or equivalent.

Partner with Finance on month-end inventory reconciliation, issuance of purchase orders and payment of invoices

Manage a team of direct report(s) and consultants

Well-versed with regulatory requirements for INDs and NDAs and global GMPs and GCPs

Ability to act with clarity in urgent situations and to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment 

Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills for effectively interfacing with suppliers, CMOs and internal stakeholders 

Must have a minimum of 8-10 years experience in Management Strategy or Consultancy, Strategic Initiatives, Corporate Affairs, Sustainability or Project Management

Substantive experience delivering Sustainability programs for Mars or another external organization

Excellent written & verbal English language skills

Previous experience addressing and/or managing a wide range of complex business and/or sustainability issues in or with a global CPG business
