WHAT TO EXPECT
As an innovation leader, we look for ambitious, forward thinking, open-minded and well-rounded individuals to join our global team. Located in our downtown Denver office, you will be responsible for financial planning and analytics.
  • In this highly visible role, you'll have responsibility of the build, integration and maintenance of reliable reporting and analytics for the Global Mobility business.
  • In this role you will have up to 2 direct/functional reports and will work in a matrixed global organization.
  • This is a cross functional position, with the opportunity to work with many areas including Commercial, Operations, Supply Chain, Corporate Accounting, Compliance, & Pricing.
  • You'll also support the development of standard financial planning practices, across various product platforms and regions on a global scale.
  • You'll play a key role within the Global Mobility team, partnering with regional financial teams, business development teams, operations teams globally and Corporate FP&A to achieve strategic objectives and financial results.

Key responsibilities (to name a few):
The successful candidate will be highly analytical, flexible, and a strategic thinker with the drive to solve complex issues. They will have a good understanding of the three financial statements and experience with accounting. They will have a strong proven ability to communicate effectively with various functions in the company and with various levels. The individual will be an eager, self-starter with the unrelenting desire to learn. They will appreciate working in the details and collaborating with business and finance partners on how those details impact the larger strategy.
  • Manage creation and monitor progress of key mobility product viability analysis required for capability development, new product development projects, and/or capacity expansions.
  • Work with and drive the forecasting, budgeting and long-range financial forecasting between the Global Mobility Team and regional finance, commercial, and operations teams.
  • Own monthly & quarterly reporting to regional Commercial, Operational, CAPEX, & Pricing teams (EMEA, Greater China, East Asia, North America).
  • Report and drive accountability of performance to plans (revenue, margin, SG&A, inventory, capital spend).
  • Own monthly & quarterly reporting of KPIs & strategic initiatives from direct leadership to Executive leadership.
  • Develop process and manage reporting of pricing actions globally including impact to margin with changing economic conditions
  • Validation, tracking, and reporting of cost productivity projects executed by mobility supply chain team.


ABOUT YOU
  • 10% travel is allotted to this role
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
  • Degree in Finance or Accounting, MBA preferred
  • Minimum 5-7+ years' experience in analytical finance or accounting roles in commercial sales, distribution or manufacturing with evidence of progressing responsibility

PAY & BENEFITS
  • Full-Time: $110,000 - $130,000
  • Bonus Eligible
  • Eligible for 3 weeks of paid vacation + 11 holidays (9 scheduled & 2 floating) + 8 sick days. All vacation days are accrued.
