Overview The Global Customer Support Supervisor is responsible for providing customer service and support to customers from around the world. This position requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work with customers from different cultures and backgrounds. The Global Customer Support Supervisor will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, resolving customer issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Detailed Job Description The Global Customer Support Supervisor will be responsible for providing customer service and support to customers from around the world. This includes responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Global Customer Support Supervisor will also be responsible for managing customer accounts, providing technical support, and training customer service representatives. Additionally, the Global Customer Support Supervisor will be responsible for developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures. • At least 3 years of customer service experience

• At least 3 years of customer service experience
