Job Description

The Global Customer Engagement team, which is part of Global Marketing, is looking for a Media Supervisor. This is an excellent opportunity to build upon your professional experience in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. You will be a critical team member in supporting the Global Media team deliver on our mission to inspire and enable a world-class media capability that strengthens customer connections to drive measurable growth.

The top candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills and a proven track record getting results in a team environment and independently.

Responsibilities:

The Media Supervisor’s responsibilities will provide support against the team’s key workstreams:

- Case Studies: aggregation, quality control, organize quarterly share outs

- McDonald’s Media Way: refresh data, support masterclasses, support new modules and launch content on Marketing Exchange

- Planit(investment reporting tool): lead market trainings, quality control and reporting

- Market Engagement: arrange Global Media Council Meetings, logistics for summits

- Budgets:stewardship, submit requests, track spend

- Agency Operations: operations/status, reporting

- JBP:stewardship of strategic projects, spend projections and pacing reports

- Worldwide Convention: handle logistics of partner lounge

- Memberships: support merchandising benefits and access to the marketing organization

- Marketing Exchange:Maintain Global Media Topic page on Marketing Exchange

Qualifications
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to complete large volumes of work efficiently and effectively
  • Bachelor’s Degree or related experience preferred
  • Quick learner and ability to understand sophisticated business issues
  • Professional, reliable, driven and results-oriented
  • Must be organized, motivated and diligent with superior follow-through and proactive approach
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication, project management and critical thinking skills
  • Must know MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to adapt to a constantly evolving business and work environment
  • At least 2-5 years experience in Marketing
  • Must be in MHQ office at least 3 days/week
  • Must have diplomacy skills
  • Must be extremely proactive with a desire to stretch beyond the task list to support the team
