Job Description
The Event Assistant is responsible for managing event details on the day of the event to ensure a smooth operation and an exceptional customer experience. The best event representatives enjoy interacting with the public and sharing information about the clients and programs we represent. If you are self-motivated, dependable, and enjoy meeting new people, this is the job for you!


Responsibilities


  • Provide information about the charity and its programs.
  • Make new target audiences aware of your event and retail presentations.
  • Meet sponsorship and donor retention goals
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of charitable accomplishments, on-site projects, statistics, fundraising terminology, and sponsorships.
