As our Event Production Coordinator for Rose Quarter facilities, you will support the Event Production team in all daily technical operations to ensure successful event delivery from conception through post-event settlement.

DAY-TO-DAY:
- Actively pursue, develop, and maintain methods for improving the overall event experience.
- Manage scheduling, processing payroll, and maintaining records for training and job performance indicators for stagehands.
- Complete billing of clients for labor, equipment and rented equipment.
- Assist with event and game management as needed.
- Maintain selected facility electronic systems including sound, timing, scoring, radio re-transmission and signage.
- Support the preparation of pre-event planning materials including but not limited to CAD drawings, labor and equipment costs, and schedules.
WE’D LIKE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU:
- Understand basic entertainment rigging concepts.
- Have the ability to work and problem-solve both independently and within a team environment.
- Possess an aptitude to learn, understand, and operate various software interfaces.
- Are highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Exhibit excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Remain flexible in a fast-paced environment.
- Have a strong understanding of Microsoft Office suite, and knowledge of AutoCAD would be a plus.
- Are self-motivated and proficient with time management.
- Are comfortable working at heights.
- Have earned a Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university, or possess an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Have 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
