Support CFO / FP&A Leadership on strategic planning and budgeting processes

Support financial modeling, planning, and reporting for the GTM org, including Monthly / Quarterly / Annual planning and reviews

Provide financial insights to drive success across the GTM organization

Manages ambassador gifting program and analytics of that program.

Manage gifting for any experiential supporting brand/ vendor partners and studio partners, including branded merchandise.

5 – 7 years of experience in experiential marketing, fitness/wellness/activewear space is a plus

Must have experience managing and following budgets

Responsible for marketing plans of all events – including image curation for emails, social media and additional marketing materials.

Support with product focused campaigns and seeding ambassador’s outfits in collaboration with social and campaign teams.

Account Expertise: Utilize accounting knowledge to ensure financial plans are aligned with GAAP principles and regulatory requirements.

Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to management and other stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators and financial results.

Cost Management: Review and analyze cost structures, recommend cost saving measures and track cost saving initiatives

The Director of FP+A has:

Partner with GTM leadership to develop and implement strategic plans, annual budgets, and rolling forecasts

Lead the development and maintenance of GTM financial models, including revenue, cost of sales, and expense models
