Overview Founding Team SDRs are responsible for driving the growth of a company by identifying and qualifying leads, building relationships with prospects, and helping to close deals. They are the first point of contact for potential customers and are responsible for creating a positive first impression. Detailed Job Description Founding Team SDRs are responsible for identifying and qualifying leads, building relationships with prospects, and helping to close deals. They are expected to research and understand the target market and customer base, and use this knowledge to create effective outreach campaigns. They will be responsible for creating and managing lists of potential customers, and for creating and executing outreach campaigns. They will also be responsible for tracking and reporting on the success of their campaigns. Founding Team SDRs will be expected to maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism when interacting with prospects. They will be expected to provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, and to follow up with prospects to ensure that their needs are met.
