Salary $50,000 - $100,000 per year

We have an opening for an experienced SDR. This role will be in charge of generating new business opportunities for the company by identifying, contacting, and qualifying potential customers via inbound leads.You will find this opportunity exciting, challenging, and a great chance to work for a high-growth company.

The base salary for this role is capped at $55k with a projected OTE of $90-105k for year 1.

Job Details

Duties and Responsibilities

Work through high interest lead lists to set meetings

High outbound call volume to both hot & warm lead lists

Develop Skills to one day ‘close’ generated appointments

Persistent Follow-Up required

Minimum of 70 phone calls daily

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university; or two-three years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. (preferred)

Cold Calling experience - ( 12 months)

Must come from high volume sales background

Strong Verbal Skills Required

Self starting mindset

Grit and competitiveness

Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail

Strong analytical and time management skills

Good multi-tasking abilities

Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools

Strong written communication skills
