Prepare leasing schedules and confirm setup in asset management tool according to lifecycle processes

Other IT Financial Management tasks as needed

Should have experience in IT Assets

Create Purchase Orders as needed by Product Teams

Perform receipt analysis to ensure accuracy and receive invoice

Prepare financial forecasts and update actuals for accuracy in financial reviews

Also help guide input into Data Governance within GWBC based on knowing needed business /technical requirements.

GL – Verifying mapping of data between current state vs. GWBC.

Ability to understand and communicate is an important need along with ownership of process and problem solving

Analytical methodologies for data flow – investigate and inquire

Strong knowledge of and experience with databases (SQL, etc.)

Produce and maintain day-to-day reporting and ad-hoc analysis

Building Power BI reports for the management stating trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data.

2+ years assisting in Master Data Management efforts, including metadata management.

Experience in gathering data/reporting requirements from business stakeholders.

Salary Range: $90-$105k (Based on experience) + 6% discretionary bonus.

Experience as a financial/business analyst, in a dynamic business environment, with demonstrated reporting, analytical, and database experience

- Research and resolve inquiries for the accounting department and senior management

- Prepare periodic SEC filings (Form 10-K, 10-Q and other SEC filings) including schedules and supporting documentation

- Compile monthly and quarterly internal financial reporting packages

- Coordinate data requests and analysis with internal and external auditors

- Prepare monthly Statement of Cash Flow

- Prepare monthly journal entries and analyses related to leases and share-based compensation
