Marketing Data Analyst and Reporting Specialist

Our world-renowned healthcare client is seeking a Marketing Data Analyst and Reporting Specialist to join their team. This is an exciting role that helps drive strategy across marketing, sales, and finance.

This person will be responsible for building the data backend to aggregate information across the organization into a single source. This information will be used to inform marketing spending and strategy decisions.

This person will partner cross-functionally with the consumer office, finance, operations, product, technology, account management, and legal & compliance to collaborate and contribute to the execution of high-visibility marketing programs.

Responsibilities

• Bi-weekly reports for senior executives to optimize strategic and investment decisions
• Review data quality and accuracy daily
• Understand complex data sets and stakeholder needs to determine the structure and formatting of data for a new reporting system and respective report outs
• Present findings and recommendations to the business to directly influence marketing strategy and spending
• Build a reporting system pulling disparate data from marketing, sales, and finance
• Create automation solutions associated with reformatting existing data to fit the new reporting system
• Monthly revisions across audience segmentation, budget planning, lead forecasts, channel mix, and ROI expectations
• Identify opportunities and advocate for improved tagging and tracking across owned and paid channels
• Create weekly reports for stakeholders to yield actionable insights

Qualifications:

• 4 years of building reports and visualizations in Excel
• Expert-level Excel skills
• Project management skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage stakeholder expectations
• Bachelor's Degree or higher
• Ability to work in a matrixed environment
• Ability to work in Central Time Zone hours

Details

• Location- Remote/WFH role focused in Central Time
• Pay- $32-$37/hr
• Contract role slated to last through this year with the high potential to extend or convert to FTE
