Financial Data Analyst (100% remote / direct hire)

Act as a consultant to our Finance Team to derive insights and improve our efficiency

Experience with RDBMS Relational Databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle)

Strong experience with Reporting Software (e.g., SSRS, Business Objects)

Experience with Data Visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)

Build a reporting system pulling disparate data from marketing, sales, and finance

Ability to work cross-functionally and manage stakeholder expectations

Create automation solutions associated with reformatting existing data to fit the new reporting system

Identify opportunities and advocate for improved tagging and tracking across owned and paid channels

Review data quality and accuracy daily

Deconstruct high level business needs into functional needs by understanding underlying issues and determining data requirements.

Skilled in SAP & Microsoft: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Access.

Must have strong “people” skills and be able to work with all levels of individuals internal and external to the organization.

Extract and organize relevant data from primary and secondary data sources for use in reporting and presentations.

Previous experience in medical devices with working knowledge of ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR 820, European Union MDD /MDR

Utilize knowledge of statistical techniques that test hypotheses in support of investigations and corrective and preventive actions

At least 3years of experience in business, manufacturing data analytics, data modeling or statistical modeling in a cGMP related industry.

Strong ability to acquire and manage data from enterprise systems

Strong analytical, problem solving, and presentation skills, and strong attention to detail

Effective verbal and written communication skills

Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting or related field

3-5 years in a public accounting background or equivalent industry experience

ERP experience (team is making a move from oracle to SIP currently)

Any quiring experience is a plus

Experience with a large public accounting firm (experience with SEC clients preferred)

Certified public accounting (CPA) license

Ten or more years of education and/or relevant experience may be considered to satisfy educational and years-of-experience requirements for this posting.

Crafting client financial and validation reports through the Prologue report writer and working with the client to resolve any findings.

$85K - $100K annual salary (depending on experience)
