Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting risk exposures and proposing risk mitigation measures.

Work closely with operational teams to implement risk management best practices and preventive measures.

Stay up to date with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to insurance and risk management.

5+ years experience within a risk management area of the payment processing industry

Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent experience

3+ years experience in the financial industry or 5+ years experience within the payment processing industry

Solid knowledge of NACHA and Credit Card operating rules and regulations

Proficiency in English in a business environment

Support company disclosure activities pertaining to environmental and social risk management, including voluntary disclosures and regulatory requirements/requests

Strong analytical, problem-solving and project management skills

Assess business line adherence to ESG-related laws through the Bank’s Regulatory Change Management process

Author environmental and social risk materials for the Executive Risk Committee, quarterly management letters, and monthly Reputation Risk Working Group

Considerable understanding of U.S. Bank origination and servicing systems and processes, business models, risk management programs and organizational structure

Current or prior project management roles in one or more risk disciplines

Evaluate and manage Tour Operator compliance with insurance requirements, while working in conjunction with third party vendor CheckCOI.

2-3 years of related financial analysis or an appropriate combination of education and experience.

Able to interact effectively with various levels of management and handle multiple priorities/tasks.

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited University in Accounting or Finance is required.

Strong technical, analytic, problem solving and communication skills (both written and verbal)

Excellent PC skills with proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.

Managing enterprise risk management (ERM) framework, ERM strategy, evaluating ERM approach/ actions, proposing alternatives to achieve strategic results

Experience using Microsoft Office technology to collect, analyze, and report on enterprise risk and risk assessments

Experience delivering risk related services for a large consulting firm (for example a big 4 firm or similar)

Experience with ERM specific technology solutions, specifically Riskonnect

Experience with ERM in a manufacturing or retail environment

Plan, perform, and evaluate ERM targeted risk assessments; Provide feedback to ERM analysts leading assessments; Coach ERM analysts to improve performance
