Develop and support an enterprise risk management program, including the establishment of foundational processes, governing bodies, and operating models

Integrate internal controls programs and enterprise risk management programs under OMB A-123 Guidance

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, Economics, Political Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Psychology, English or other related degrees

Ability to develop or support ERM strategies, objectives and policies that will achieve successful risk identification, management and governance

Knowledge of and experience with Federal security regulations, standards, and processes including FISMA, FIPS, NIST, and FedRAMP

Highly advanced knowledge, and extensive experience working, Enterprise Risk Management, developing and implementing Risk Management frameworks and performance metrics.

Experience preparing and delivering presentations to senior management and other leadership.

Build relationships and influence decision making with multi-level stakeholders, including the Livermore Field Office, corporate partners, senior management, and cross-functional teams.

Champion projects, strategic planning, directing projects/programs, serve as the organization spokesperson on Enterprise Risk Management.

Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline or other related technical field, or equivalent combination of education and significant related experience.

Expert level application and development in providing sound strategic and technical advice to management.

Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Risk Management, Finance, International Business or equivalent field of study

One to three years of working experience with an insurance broker or risk management department, including related internships

Maintain updates to Risk Management manuals

Review Risk Management shared email box for distribution to team members

Engage with construction project managers to maintain construction project tracker for builder’s risk insurance reporting

Manage supplier set up, PO creation and invoice processing in payment system

Ensure alignment, integration, and consistency of risk management across all business channels.

Minimum 10 years in Risk Management leadership position supporting mortgage origination and servicing

Provide recommendations that simplify processes and provides a world class experience with appropriate risk controls.

Bachelor’s Degree in business related field or equivalent work experience

Decisiveness with excellent problem-solving skills

Ability to manage multiple projects while adhering to strict deadlines

3+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience

Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights

Retrieve and analyze insurance and claim data using Excel, SQL, Access, Tableau, and other data management systems.

5+ years of Excel (including VBA, pivot tables, array functions, power pivots, etc.) and data visualization tools such as Tableau experience

Experience making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders

3+ years experience in data reporting and analytics for auto insurance claims

Excellent project and time management skills

Understanding of risk management advanced concepts and experience balancing cyber risk with business needs

Experience and ability to work well in a remote role/team

Experience developing software programs in at least one coding language and/or experience analyzing code for vulnerabilities in a SCA scanner

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, for technical and non-technical subject matter

Advanced knowledge of and ability to apply advanced technical principles, theories and concepts within the Cybersecurity field

Excellent project and time management skills

Produce quality cybersecurity risk assessment reports as well as internal risk management procedure documentation

Participate in risk management efforts and present written and verbal risk guidance for enterprise activities to stakeholders

Experience and ability to work well in a remote role/team

Understanding of risk management lifecycle and methodologies

Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills
