Job Overview:

The Analyst, Risk Management will support the development and oversight of foundational risk standards and frameworks to ensure a consistent approach to defining, measuring, and prioritizing the firm’s risks. The position will assist in the creation and ongoing maintenance of the Risk Taxonomy and Risk Level Standards, as well as the Risk Appetite and Risk Metrics programs.

Responsibilities:

• Support development and ongoing maintenance of tooling solution for process automation
• Assist with historical analysis and graphical or other data visualizations to support the development of limits and thresholds
• Support development and maintenance of core risk management standards and frameworks
• Support the ongoing Risk Appetite and Risk Metric reporting process
• Support ad hoc reporting and analysis requests
• Review Risk Appetite and Risk Metric reporting results and commentary for consistency and clarity
• Support process for collection, aggregation, and validation of data inputs

Requirements:

• BA/BS degree required

Preferences & Core Competencies:

• BA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Economics (or a related discipline)
• Strong Microsoft Office Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Solution oriented with a positive 'can do' attitude
• High level of motivation and initiative
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

Pay Range:

$31.94-$47.91/hour

Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
