Create term and all section and meeting records identified with the student program

Register students for course sections with the program

Understand the degree audit for each program so that potential discrepancies in credit and registered courses can be resolved immediately

Conduct benefits orientations and explain benefits self-enrollment system.

Associate's degree and two two years of work experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and related experience.

Effective verbal and written communication skills

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Including but not limited to Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point.

Performs all other miscellaneous responsibilities and duties as assigned or directed.

Support annual open enrollment and promote benefits throughout the employee lifecycle

Analyze and validate the needed steps of eligibility process of the Enrollment application.

Process enrollment applications, disenrollment request, PBP Changes and Cancellation request.

Maintains knowledge of regulations, eligibility, and documentation requirements concerning financial aid, admissions, and registration.

Hires, schedules, and manages student employees who support the day-today operations of the assigned support area.

Three (3) years of general office experience or other applicable experience related to the program, or

One (1) year of the required experience with an associate degree or 60 college credit hours.

Greets visitors and helps students, parents/guardians, employees, and other individuals with their routine enrollment-related questions, disseminates and/or explains information.

Partner with Benefits Manager to conduct annual open enrollment during 4th quarter of each year.

5+ years of related benefit administration experience
