The Key and primary responsibilities of the AML/KYC QA Manager will include:

Minimum 5-7 years' experience in compliance in a financial institution and BSA/AML transaction monitoring and KYC function.

Extensive knowledge about applicable BSA/AML laws, regulations, procedures and industry practices

Strong analytical and research skills with attention to detail

Experience in dealing with bank regulators and internal/external auditors helpful.

Maintain equipment management, including calibration and PMs

Deep understanding of risk, specifically how to identify, classify, report on, and manage it.

Proficient communication skills at the individual and team level.

Identify improvement and innovation opportunities in existing quality approaches and provide recommendations of new ones where they are needed and impactful.

Work with other departments and disciplines to set quality bars and standards for the product.

Assist in establishing and maintaining all internal and external audits and certification activities including ISO 9001 & IATF 16949

Minimum Education Required – Associate or bachelor’s degree

3 plus years’ experience in a quality assurance role or in a manufacturing environment desirable

Comprehensive knowledge of ISO 9001and IATF 16949 desirable

Maintain and support all QMS relevant procedures, including initialization and optimization of such procedures

Review Batch records and disposition material of finished product

Good organization and time management skills

Maintain Asset Management Database and Schedule

Support equipment validations and qualifications

Computer skills: must be able to learn new software; must also be adept at Microsoft Office

I. Essential Duties & Responsibilities May Include

Jira and TestRail for test/defect management

Manage, lead and grow a small team of QA and Test Engineers working as part of cross-functional product development teams

Experience in managing and mentoring test engineers (including providing feedback and investing in career growth)

Experience developing and maintaining automated tests using UI and/or API based test frameworks, development environments, and CI/CD tools

Experience in code/scripting language such as Python or Ruby or Java

Experience working with CI systems in an Agile / Scrum development environment
