Manage your pipeline effectively to meet or exceed enrollment objectives

Prior Student Admissions/ Enrollment Experience

Skills you will need here:

3+ years of relevant sales experience, preferably with remote sales teams

You have a background in sales with prior sales and/or customer support experience, with comfort in a consultative sales environment

You are interested in or have a background in medicine, biological sciences and/or education with an openness to learn

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to adapt based on data-driven feedback

Prior experience using Hubspot CRM, Salesforce, or similar software and comfort to use these systems

10+ years’ experience in Education +/or Field management specific to beauty & retail.

Proven track record in sales, events, and people management

Develop meaningful relationships with Retailer Education leads and drive education plans to support retailers needs in alignment with internal budget.

Experience working with Sephora + Ulta

Strong presentation & communication skills

Maintain a virtual brand training library based on retailer needs.

Strong organizational and time management skills

Experience in the AI or education industry is a plus

Manage the sales pipeline and meet or exceed sales targets

Minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and remotely

Test and provide feedback on our STEAM AI Teaching Assistant during classroom instruction

Record demos of the tool's use during your lessons

Collaborate with our team of developers to provide feedback on the tool's functionality and effectiveness

Participate in training sessions to learn how to use the tool effectively

Set an example for other educators on how to best use STEAM AI in the classroom

Work with store management for visual placement in-store

Deliver brand trainings to Sephora teams on selling, product knowledge, service experiences, and artistry based on techniques of the brand

Strong Makeup Artistry experience and abilities to apply makeup on others
