Associate Director of Career Coaching

Proven experience in operational leadership and/or general management roles, preferably within the mental health or healthcare industry.

Exceptional leadership and management skills, with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams.

Coaching, Training, and Staff Leadership

Minimum of a personal training certification and 4 years of experience coaching in a group setting.

Serve as the face of the brand-wide programming, overseeing its development, training, and implementation phases.

Provide guidance and support in the product and development of coaches at our HQ owned locations.

Lead by example, coaching 10-15 sessions per week at our ISI® Fort Mill HQ owned location.

Develop ongoing learning and development opportunities for coaches.

Conduct bi-weekly virtual coaches training for the brand.

Minimum 1 year of experience in sports management or a similar field preferred

Create processes for accountability & project management of the Kidokinetics Program schedules and seasonal evaluations on all coaches

Manage budgets for instructor cost, equipment, gear, and supplies

Work on forecasting models and opportunities that effectively and economically benefit the business and the staffing needs

•Develop, oversee and manage GFI Spring Branch pillar Talent ID and Recruitment Strategy.

•Other duties as assigned or required by General Manager and Board of Directors.

•Ensure accurate and timely completion of all administrative requirements for GFI Spring Branch program teams.

•Hiring and termination of coaching staff, subject to General Manager / BOD approval.

•Recruitment, background check, and selection, guidance, development and evaluation of coaching staff.

•Oversee all GFI pillar programs of club for the Spring Branch location.

Provide coach support and education

Managing staff - hire, educate, discipline ECNL coaching staff

Understanding Kings Hammer style of play and game model.

Guide coaching staff in implementation of King Hammer’s best practices.

Guide coaching staff through the player evaluation process

Current/Future player identification for Elite (ECNL/ECNL-RL) teams

Demonstrated success creating a culture of inclusion. Excellent management skills, comfort managing “up”.

Work generally requires at least seven years of progressive administrative or project management type work.

Organizational Planning/ Project Management (30%)

The OC will define team member roles & responsibilities in a way that is accessible to stakeholders outside of the unit.

Experience and affinity for the arts/ humanities is strongly preferred.

Strong organizational skills and proven track record of assessing organizational strengths and needs, as well as executing plans across teams;

· 5+ years Facilities Management experience

· 3- 5 yrs. experience with building systems and project management

· 3-5+ years Supervisory experience

· 2+ years financial reporting and budgeting experience

· Computer literacy; OPAS data experience preferred but not essential (will train)

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

You have an elevated level of technical skills/experience and analytical skills.
