The Design Project Manager will have an integral role on the Revel’s infrastructure development team. They will oversee the diligence, design, and permitting of multiple Revel Superhubs, helping expand Revel’s network of DC fast charging stations. The role will enforce timeline, budget, and design requirements. We are looking for a hands-on problem solver who can creatively move projects forward and meet deadlines.

Primary Responsibilities

• Assist acquisition team with site diligence confirming constructibility, projecting costs, and preparing risk assessments.
• Manage several concurrent projects, effectively prioritizing resources and effort.
• Manage timeline, cost, and risks, proactively addressing and communicating issues as they arise.
• Obtain all necessary approvals from utilities and permitting authorities.
• Effectively manage engineering, design, and procurement relationships.
• Maintain project schedules and budgets.
• Work closely with utility representatives to expedite project timelines.

Required Background

• 3-5 years of experience spanning project management, engineering, and design. Specific experience in consulting engineering, EV fast charging, or cellular telecommunication deployment project management is valued.
• Strong understanding of electrical distribution and systems for both AC and DC.
• Occasional travel may be required.
• Proven ability to be agile and creative when handling issues.
• Understanding of New York City building codes and DOB / Con Edison processes.
• Proficient in reading and analyzing electrical and mechanical construction drawings and technical documentation.
• Must be located in, or willing to relocate to, New York City. Local Candidates Preferred.
• Strong understanding of project administration including contract management, budgeting, scheduling, change orders, etc.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and excellent communication skills .

Compensation And Benefits

Base compensation range $95k-$145k per year, based on experience level. Our benefits package includes:
