Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related field, or an equivalent combination of training and experience.

Knowledge of and ability to apply various communications techniques to accommodate a variety of audiences and balance multiple perspectives.

6 months - 1 year experience in talent acquisition.

Demonstrates working knowledge of and ability to utilize tools, techniques, and processes for gathering and reporting data.

Human Resources Certification (i.e. PHR, SHRM-CP) and/or commitment to the HR field through training and development.

Knowledge of human capital management systems and/or HR/Payroll/Tax related product offerings a plus

Using excellent organizational and time management skills to solve problems and serve clients

Highly developed oral and written communication skills

Creative and Curious – willing to take risks, challenge traditional approaches, inquisitive with a penchant for seeking new opportunities

Managing a robust portfolio of tax incentive projects consisting of multiple internal and external teams

Identifying and managing risk in a thoughtful, wise, and logical manner

Excellent project management skills, including management of agencies and vendors to ensure execution

Expertise of email, SMS, loyalty & subscription program fundamentals: segmentation, list growth, data management, touchpoint mapping, KPIs, etc. (preferred)

You quickly absorb new information, skills, and responsibilities. Learning fast and embracing unpredictability is a must.

Partner with the Email/SMS manager in developing and leveraging email segmentation and personalization to better engage, retain and reactivate customers.

Manage on-going optimization of customer journey flows, specifically around promotional events such as quarterly site sales, and subscription pushes.

Manage the day-to-day relationships with all pertaining vendors.

Determine all placement requirements and assist all apprentice participants to exchange all information appropriately

Ability to prioritize assignments, meet multiple timelines and reporting requirements

Computer Skills which include proficiency in Microsoft suite and Adobe applications

Strong verbal communication, advocacy, and problem-solving skills

Strong organizational and community organizing skills

Executes and drives engagement tasks through the company and various programs in collaboration with department leaders

· Manage and develop strategy for loyalty program to enhance experience / maximize customer retention

· Ability to interact face to face with Senior Management, Cross Functional, and International colleagues

Customer Acquisition & Retention Senior Manager

· 5 to 7 years relevant experience in performance media and digital marketing

· Demonstrates interpersonal communication, customer service and analytical skills
