Customer Retention Coordinator Jobs in California

Knowledge of human capital management systems and/or HR/Payroll/Tax related product offerings a plus

Using excellent organizational and time management skills to solve problems and serve clients

Highly developed oral and written communication skills

Creative and Curious – willing to take risks, challenge traditional approaches, inquisitive with a penchant for seeking new opportunities

Managing a robust portfolio of tax incentive projects consisting of multiple internal and external teams

Identifying and managing risk in a thoughtful, wise, and logical manner

Manages, tracks, and reports on key turnover and retention metrics and utilizes metrics to identify trends and make recommendations

Track Onboarding Success & Experience activities

Minimum of two years of human resources or operations experience with a focus on employee engagement is preferred

Strong customer-facing and presentation skills with the ability to establish trust and credibility

Participates as a member of the Culture & Retention committee and implements recognition and appreciation programs across the organization

Executes and drives engagement tasks through the company and various programs in collaboration with department leaders
