Job Description
DIME Beauty is looking for a Retention Coordinator to join the Lifecycle Marketing team! This person will report directly to the Sr. Manager of Retention. The ideal candidate will bring solutions and ideas to the attention of their team and do well with the level of ambiguity that is to be expected at a young, fast-growing company. This individual will be responsible for creating, strategizing, and executing a cohesive, engaging representation for DIME Beauty via customer communication channels.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop email best practices to share with stakeholders across the organization including Creative, Marketing and Technology.
  • Own a cross disciplinary email content and promo calendar, and coordinate across departments to ensure all details and on-site click through experiences are prepared for daily deployment.
  • Coordinate the planning, scheduling, and execution of email & SMS marketing programs.
  • Manage on-going optimization of customer journey flows, specifically around promotional events such as quarterly site sales, and subscription pushes.
  • Develop a clear understanding of how to leverage consumer behavioral, lifestyle, transactional, and demographic data in order to deliver relevant marketing programs through email & SMS channels, as well as loyalty + subscription programs.
  • Partner with the Email/SMS manager in developing and leveraging email segmentation and personalization to better engage, retain and reactivate customers.
  • Create tests and learn hypotheses, manage testing roadmap, and optimize email & SMS performance through A/B tests (copy, layout, offers, targeting, etc.) and personalization.
  • Define Email, SMS, Loyalty & Subscription KPIs and oversee analysis and competitive benchmarking to understand program effectiveness and drive future strategies, share these results with cross-functional teams, including stakeholders who oversee other marketing campaigns.
  • Manage the day-to-day relationships with all pertaining vendors.


Requirements:


  • Excellent project management skills, including management of agencies and vendors to ensure execution
  • You can pivot and shift priorities with complete flexibility. Regardless of when distractions arise, your time management and resource planning skills keep everything running smoothly.
  • Expertise of email, SMS, loyalty & subscription program fundamentals: segmentation, list growth, data management, touchpoint mapping, KPIs, etc. (preferred)
