Expertise of email, SMS, loyalty & subscription program fundamentals: segmentation, list growth, data management, touchpoint mapping, KPIs, etc. (preferred)

Partner with the Email/SMS manager in developing and leveraging email segmentation and personalization to better engage, retain and reactivate customers.

Manage on-going optimization of customer journey flows, specifically around promotional events such as quarterly site sales, and subscription pushes.

Manage the day-to-day relationships with all pertaining vendors.
