Customer Advocate Jobs

This is a remote position.

We're an amazing company looking for an outgoing Customer Advocate. This position is the forefront of our organization, and is available to the right individual.

In today's market, if we're not part of the clients plan right away, they simply will move on to our competition.

You will become certified to address their needs and then trained regularly to become proficient in our products.

• Be responsible for all of your actions towards our clients and their needs
• Communicate those needs directly to our vendors
• Be prepared to react to our clients promptly and completely
• Recognize client needs completely
• Respond back to our clients to confirm those needs are met
• Interact with our clients directly whether in person or on the phone
• Have a strong knowledge of everything we offer

Our clients are more savvy today, then they were yesterday. They'll have more knowledge tomorrow than they had today.

As our Customer Advocate, you'll learn how to maintain that level of expertise so that your clients will know they're getting exactly what they came for.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Speak and understand English
• Positive Attitude
• You MUST be authorized to work in the USA
• No experience necessary - we train you to be your best
• Must have computer and/or cell phone
• Fully remote opportunity
• You must be comfortable working with minimal supervision
