5+ years of work experience in operational, procurement or sourcing, and a minimum of 3 years of contract management experience

Certified Commercial Contracts Manager (CCCM) and/or Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM) preferred

Ability to convert ambiguous and/or informal language often contained within proposals or internal requirements documents into tightly-defined contract language

Supplier pre-qualification and vendor onboarding;

Cross-functional coordination including Engineering, Finance & Accounts Payable, HR, Commercial Team, Permitting and Government Relations

Must be fluent in both English and Spanish (reading, writing and speaking).

Understanding of rules and regulations associated with providing investment management services and contract negotiations.

Demonstrated experience reviewing broker-dealer and/or investment adviser marketing materials for legal issues specific to financial services or other regulated industries.

Able to work well in a team environment; experience working in a hybrid environment preferred.

Self-starter who can manage multiple time-sensitive projects involving different business and support groups.

Assist in the development and implementation of contract templates, policies, and guidelines to streamline the contract management process and ensure consistency.

Establish and maintain a contract management system to track and monitor contract statuses, renewals, amendments, and terminations.
