Hr Content Business Analyst Jobs in Arkansas

Experience using human resource management systems (HRIS).

Collecting data on payroll outputs, management and employee surveys, employment records, and exit interviews.

Evaluating jobs and reviewing both existing and new positions and communicating the results of this to senior management.

Compiling reports of data results and presenting these to senior managers.

A minimum of two year's experience in a similar role.

Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

5 years relevant experience required

4 year degree in MIS or related field required

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION:

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: (other duties may be assigned)

Strong experience gathering, documenting, validating and configuring technical requirements

Strong HCM technical design and configuration experience

Experience creating and implementing HDL Load templates and other core HR functions

Qualifications for the HR Business Systems Analyst:

Strong organization and time-management skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects with tight deadlines

Maintain build and QA documentation and internal communications through JIRA and build management in accordance with product Sprint cycle 

Author and maintain process guides/knowledge base articles relevant to the Content Analyst responsibilities 

Continuing education and professional certification reimbursement

Build global content offerings on the Phreesia product platform, including but not limited to, interview templates/global modules, health campaigns, practice announcements.

Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in content creation or similar

• Strong attention to detail, time management and organizational abilities

• Experience with SCORM and Workday’s Learning Management Systems (LMS) is an advantage

• Testing for functionality, accessibility, user experience and usability.

• Offering content edits and remediation suggestions (when applicable).

• Experience in the quality assessment of training; print, e-learning, media etc.

• Knowledge of testing learning disciplines and methodologies
