Partner with internal and external program managers, instructional designers, technical writers, and facilitators for developer education program execution

Note: We are looking for TWO (2) Program Managers to join our team:

Drive vision, strategy, & operations of our technical onboarding and continuing education efforts across Netflix Engineering

Good understanding of the education space for engineers and data scientists, including learning styles and approaches

Required Experience/Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

3-5 years of Program and/or Project management experience.

5-7 years of Program and/or Project management experience.

2+ years experience in Managed Care

Communicates and collaborates with customers to analyze and transform needs and goals into functional requirements.

Experience with Microsoft Project and Visio.

In-depth knowledge of the principles and practices of program management

Managing program resources and assisting with program budget management

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify critical issues, determine causes and offer solutions

Familiarity with project management tools and software (Microsoft Office, Smartsheet)

Minimum of five years of relevant experience in the biotechnology and/or pharmaceutical industries or academic settings

Strong organizational and planning skills

Cultivate and manage partnerships with educational institutions, organizations, and stakeholders to enhance the reach and impact of Education programs.

Experience working with education customers in the Middle East, Western Europe, and/or Asia Pacific is a plus.

In conjunction with Nursing, Medical and Quality Leadership, coordinates educational and performance improvement activities within a designated clinical specialty.

Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing is required. Masters in Nursing or health related field is preferred. Certification in specialty area preferred.

Develops, maintains and reconciles departmental budget with financial responsibility and oversight for department or division.

Oversees the collection, compilation, and analysis of clinical program activity data to evaluate clinical performance and competence.

Serves as a clinical role model and resource to the nursing staff.

Provides timely status reports of results of assignments including identification of patterns and trends that require actions.

At least five years-work experience in communications and content creation, education and learning management, people development, education tech, and/or nonprofit management

Bachelors and/or Masters degree in education, education management, business administration, HR, communications, or a related field

Oversee the learning management system and perform continuous maintenance on "evergreen" modules to ensure relevance and accuracy.

Teaching certification or previous teaching experience.

Define strategic framework and priorities for educational initiatives and training programs including training objectives, platforms, and media.

Assess the market landscape and current offerings and gaps in training related to laboratory medicine testing and diagnostics.

3 years of experience in Management preferred.

EXPERIENCE, SKILL And ABILITY REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATIONAL, CERTIFICATE And LICENSE REQUIREMENTS

Oversee requirements of ACPE program to support clinical trainings in partnership with the training and development team to maintain accreditation.

5 years of experience in Retail & Clinical Pharmacy required.

Maintain partnerships with clinical vendors to implement and support programs to drive sales.

Knowledgeable of federal and state laws and requirements relating to healthcare management.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in health care management or health care consulting

Experience managing and coordinating operations for practice management in a health care setting is preferred.

Possess strong organizational and time management skills.

Establish program management processes within the program in alignment with portfolio management processes

Create Standardized Materials to support the practice management operating system

5+ years of relevant experience, including project and/or program management experience

Communicates regularly with key stakeholders in Enterprise Analytics and Network Management to ensure alignment.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience

Presents updates and provides education to internal and external customers based on changes to the metrics that impact the overall program.

Works with internal teams to establish, communicate and negotiate deadlines on data deliverables.

Collaborates with internal teams to identify quality goals and priorities and establish business owners.

Advanced organizational and project management abilities, including the ability to work within tight deadlines on a range of projects.

Identifies knowledge gaps to improve efficiency and reduce time to proficiency.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.

Demonstrated leadership skills, including strong communication, presentation, written and interpersonal skills.

Basic non-investigator clinical skills related to site research roles required.

Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities that support clinical improvement initiatives.

Proven program management and influencing skills, with the ability to manage project teams and become a thought partner to stakeholders

Experience working with a major LMS (e.g., Docebo, Skilljar, Lessonly)

Utilize data and research to scope, plan, drive, and measure the impact of complex cross-functional projects supporting our customer education strategy

Continuously improve educational content using creative approaches to inspire learners based on industry best practices

At least 4-6 years of experience developing and driving learning programs in a technical/SaaS environment

Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts using simple language
