Client Finance Supervisor Jobs

Establish relationships with client finance counterparts & procurement

Train new account and PM team members on Biolumina’s financial processes & client financial requirements

Be familiar with and adhere to clients contractual requirements, departmental processes and procedures

Preparation of monthly fee reconciliations; review slides and participate in monthly client meetings

Partner with account to ensure POs are received and revised in a timely manner

Review & complete weekly rate checks

1-2 years of hospitality and management experience

BA in Accounting/Finance, 4-6 years relevant experience in finance/accounting; Marketing industry and/or agency experience is a plus;

Experience using business analysis tools (Business Objects, Mavenlink); knowledge of Deltek Maconomy a plus;

Manage internal / external client reporting and revenue recognition

Assist billing/AP teams coordinate with local teams to ensure all needs/requirements are being met

Excellent verbal communication skills with ability to present ideas and information clearly;

Extreme attention to detail and outstanding organization skills;

Understand education terminology and the needs/requirements of school administrations and law requirements for school safety management.

Experience in Emergency Management, Behavioral Threat or Secondary Education

5+ Years of Customer Service and/or Project Management experience

Supervise a team responsible for customer onboarding, software configuration, training, project management and other services needed to bring a client ‘live’.

Monitor service KPIs performance and prepare summary reporting to management.

Bachelor’s Degree in Business; or equivalent combination of advanced education and 3+ years of relevant experience

Prepares client invoicing, manages accounts receivable and revenue, and reviews project cash flow projection on a monthly basis

Displays first-rate customer service skills - willing to help with a positive attitude when/where needed, and be helped with gratitude

5+ years of financial/data analysis experience in construction-related fields preferred.

Basic working knowledge of accounting, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and tax

Highly skilled in Microsoft Excel

Experience working with Pivot Tables, V-Look Ups, and other key excel functions

Over 5 years of financial analysis, general accounting and/or FP&A experience, with preferred background in an Operational Finance or Shop Accounting

Leverages data mining techniques to forecast future trends and probabilities

Process Mapping: Skills to visually describe using flowcharts the detailed flow of a process.
