Position Summary:


To oversee the facility’s operations, including managing the Client Service Representative and ensuring client needs are met, this is an evening position.


Making up to $20 per hour.


KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Other duties as assigned
  • Manage client projects
  • Compile and send Reports
  • Upload and supervise digital files
  • Supervise CSR’s
  • May track inventory levels and if needed inform Facility Manager
  • May order panel and office supplies
  • Manage FedEx packages and deliveries
  • Print/load incentive checks/Cards for each respondent
  • Communicate daily with the Supervisor/Facility Manager
  • Communicates with other markets when necessary and sends updates throughout the shift to PM’s and offsite client
  • Review Menu Sheets/order food


Requirements


  • Lead & manage a staff
  • Knowledge of AV equipment, computers & USB
  • Clerical skills

  • Knowledge of FedEx/UPS shipping procedures

Qualifications


Education:


  • High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience:


  • 1-2 years of hospitality and management experience
Computer Skills:


  • Strong technical computer skills (MS Office, Word, Excel, Outlook)
