Client Finance Supervisor Jobs in California

1-2 years of hospitality and management experience

Communicate daily with the Supervisor/Facility Manager

Manage FedEx packages and deliveries

May track inventory levels and if needed inform Facility Manager

Knowledge of AV equipment, computers & USB

Knowledge of FedEx/UPS shipping procedures

BA in Accounting/Finance, 4-6 years relevant experience in finance/accounting; Marketing industry and/or agency experience is a plus;

Experience using business analysis tools (Business Objects, Mavenlink); knowledge of Deltek Maconomy a plus;

Manage internal / external client reporting and revenue recognition

Assist billing/AP teams coordinate with local teams to ensure all needs/requirements are being met

Excellent verbal communication skills with ability to present ideas and information clearly;

Extreme attention to detail and outstanding organization skills;

Bachelors in Finance, Economics, Management or Accounting; Masters and / or CPA preferable but not required

Analyzes and reports performance metrics to management

Streamlines business reviews to focus management on the most critical risks and opportunities

Over 5 years of financial analysis, general accounting and/or FP&A experience, with preferred background in an Operational Finance or Shop Accounting

Leverages data mining techniques to forecast future trends and probabilities

Process Mapping: Skills to visually describe using flowcharts the detailed flow of a process.
