Client Finance Supervisor Jobs in New York

Establish relationships with client finance counterparts & procurement

Train new account and PM team members on Biolumina’s financial processes & client financial requirements

Be familiar with and adhere to clients contractual requirements, departmental processes and procedures

Preparation of monthly fee reconciliations; review slides and participate in monthly client meetings

Partner with account to ensure POs are received and revised in a timely manner

Review & complete weekly rate checks

Superb organizational and project management skills.

Excellent time management skill; strong sense of urgency.

Experience with third parties/vendor management

Knowledge or experience with telehealth, telemedicine, or health plans

This is a remote position based on Eastern Time. Talkspace Headquarters is located in NYC*

Develop, schedule and train workforce, build relationships and utilize skills of team most appropriately
