The VP of Client Engagement is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring that their needs are met, and that they are satisfied with the services provided. The VP of Client Engagement is also responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase customer loyalty and retention.Detailed Job Description:
The VP of Client Engagement is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring that their needs are met, and that they are satisfied with the services provided. The VP of Client Engagement will work closely with the sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure that clients are receiving the best possible service. The VP of Client Engagement will also be responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase customer loyalty and retention. This includes developing and implementing customer loyalty programs, creating customer surveys, and analyzing customer feedback. The VP of Client Engagement will also be responsible for developing and managing client relationships, ensuring that clients are receiving the best possible service, and resolving any customer issues that may arise.What is Vp Client Engagement Job Skills Required?
