Job Description

If you have a passion for the GovCon market and it’s mission, coupled with an entrepreneurial spirit then we would love to have you as part of the PTS family.

Responsibilities:

  • Contracts: You will work with PTS leadership and clients to negotiate Master Service Agreements with terms that are ideal for all parties.
  • Sales support: You will help track customer interactions across the company and continue to improve our processes in the CRM.
  • PTS-hosted events: PTS hosts several events a year for top industry leaders and candidates, and you will help organize these great events. This requires solid coordination skills and a knack for entertaining.
  • Sales: Along with other members of the management team, you will have the chance to meet with customers both face to face and virtually. This includes existing customers and prospective clients. You will be responsible for identifying customers with talent needs and prequalifying. You will then work with the leadership team on the best approach for the prospective clients.
  • Industry events: You will have the opportunity to represent PTS at events and bring market intelligence back into our systems.Engaging past and future customers is critical to company growth.
  • Market Intelligence: One the keys to our success is knowing what is going on in the market through both informal networks and SaaS tools. You will be the hub for pulling this information together to share with our internal team as well as our customers & candidates.

Qualifications:

  • Marketing: You are digitally native, with experience working with social media and digital marketing.You have coordinated events, sales campaigns, and strategic communications.A well-established social media presence is highly preferred.
  • GovCon Knowledge: You need to know how the industry is put together with familiarity of the major programs that shape the market, the main primes, and to be able to speak the “dialect”.
  • Sales/Business Development Experience: 5+ years of experience working with sales processes, building pipelines, and meeting with customers.
  • Communication: You will need to be able to engage in high-level conversations, make presentations to prospective customers, and write effectively.
  • Talent Acquisition Understanding: Exposure to Recruitment, Staffing, or Executive Search preferred.
  • Negotiations: Experience in contract or sales agreement negotiation preferred.
