Thorough knowledge of LTL Industry, DOT Rules and Regulations, OSHA Laws, Hazardous Materials Regulations, NMFC and Tariff Rules preferred

Provide total brand business operations support – meeting facilitation, preparation of meeting materials and project management of meeting outcomes

Provide organizational design and change management support for large scale organizational initiatives

Organizational Transformation, Change Management, Process Design, Retail Strategy and Project Management a plus

Strategic thinker with the ability to contribute to project content as well as provide project management and process improvement leadership

Support end-to-end business operating model - including product development, customer experience, marketing, supply chain efficiency and international

Experience in team leadership and people management including union representation

Knowledge of warehouse management systems and able to analyze and synthesize data

Commercial awareness and budget management

Knowledge of relevant legislation and requirements for the geography

Experience managing warehousing operations ideally in FMCG/CPG

Able to negotiate, influence and manage effective relationships with third-party partners

Five years of experience in talent acquisition, human resources or similar role, previous leadership experience preferred

Knowledge of ATS and CRM platforms

Experience working with pipeline development strategies including talent branding, internships programs and sourcing preferred

Establish relationships with university and college partners to build strong partnerships and collaborative strategies.

Salesforce Admin or Developer experience highly preferred.

Salesforce experience required. SAP and POS by GK preferred

At least 3-5 years of experience in retail operations or related field
