We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Sr. Strategic Operations Manager (Growth & Strategies) with the Growth & Strategy Department. This position will be responsible for project planning and operational execution. The Strategic operations manager plays a crucial role in helping the revenue and growth organizations achieve their goals and objectives. These professionals are responsible for designing and implementing strategies that optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of our organization’s growth strategies, and for overseeing the execution of those strategies. With a strong focus on continuous improvement and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances. The Sr. Strategic operations manager is a key player in driving organizational success.

What Will You Do

• Manage key strategic meetings at the leadership level including, slide development, agenda development and meeting recaps
• Create operational excellence across the growth and strategy leadership team
• Use data and metrics to make informed decisions about the company’s operations
• Develop and implement strategies to increase efficiency and effectiveness
• Analyze the company’s operations to identify areas for improvement
• Ensure that the company’s operations are aligned with its business goals and objectives
• Coordinate and collaborate with team members to help drive productivity of the broader team
• Support the CRO and growth and strategy leadership team by leading the execution and tracking of key organizational initiatives

What We Need From Our Sr. Strategic Operations Manager

• Experience in conducting SWOT analysis for departments and creating a plan for future development
• Problem solving and analytical skills (can maintain complex spreadsheets), including Microsoft Office expert proficiency
• Influence and engage across the company - partner with various departments within the organization to establish goals and build successful revenue strategies
• Three to five years of experience in consulting, strategy, business development, operations, analytics or related experience
• Highly skilled in project management by leading projects and capability to coach others on successful project management implementation
• Experience leading large projects, hitting goals, and succeeding in a team environment
• Experience with presenting business case and strategy to the C-Suite

Experience/ Education Requirements

• PMI Certification (preferred)
• 3-5 years’ experience in project management and/or strategic planning, integrated marketing experience, leadership experience, expert collaborator
• Bachelor's degree
