Lead benefit compliance projects that include plan audits, SPDs, new regulations, notification requirements, HIPAA, ACA, Secures Act 2.0

Vendor Partner Management including analyzing, comparing products, services and contracts

Minimum of three (3) years of experience with leave, workers compensation, health benefits and retirement plans for larger organization.

Project Management, vendor management, compliance management and ability to lead complex projects.

Benchmark plan offerings and evaluate plan offerings and make data driven recommendations for changes

Program-level strategic planning, interaction with executive level management, complex issue resolution, excellent communications and team building skills.

Proven people management and team building skills

Project estimating, project scheduling & tracking, customer interaction and management, implementation planning in large organizations

You will liaise with finance and accounting to forecast annual benefits spend and track ongoing utilization

You will be a subject matter expert in US Benefits, with experience being advisor for large business verticals

Complete day-to-day operations for US and Canada Benefit Programs: Medical, Dental, Vision, HSA/FSA, COBRA

Stay informed on regulations and laws related to employee benefits and ensure that the organization follows these regulations

Design and implement effective employee communications, benefit guides and informative presentations

Program management or service delivery management experience

1-2 years project management experience and program design experience.

10+ years work experience in HR, Benefits, or related roles

Creates principles that guide program design and adaptation for benefits programs.

Facilitates the promotion and awareness of Microsoft's benefits programs by communicating and presenting program value to stakeholders.

Knowledge of American deaf culture and the community of deaf and hard-of-hearing

Bachelor’s Degree and/or health plan program management experience.

Background in health plan management and employee benefit programs.

Strong program and project management along with excellent problem-solving skills.

3 - 5 years’ experience managing health plan benefits.

Benefits Program Manager – Health Plans

Manage ongoing external vendor relationships, performance, meetings/calls and collaborate with external vendors to ensure proper administration of health plans.

5 years of comprehensive experience in US Leaves and Disability Case Management and knowledge of the various legislative requirements.

Deep knowledge of ERISA, HIPAA, ADA, FMLA, Worker’s Compensation and other benefits-related legislation

Drive change through effective program management, while driving employee engagement and delivering effective communications.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent working experience

Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, analytical and organizational skills.

Excellent written and verbal communications skills - ability to interface with all levels of the organization and influence business leaders.

5 years of management experience.

Through personal leadership skills, ensures that the benefits team is highly motivated and efficient.

5 years of Benefits administration experience.

Make recommendations to Director on needed changes to benefits plans and programs to ensure competitive position.

Leads the strategic development and implementation of the “next generation” of Bassett’s benefits plans/programs.

Present well thought out, analytical facts as needed on benefits programs, trends, and trade-offs.

7+ years of HR experience with 3+ years of experience focused on US and EMEA benefits design and management

Lead, plan, and manage effective communications and education of benefits to include time off policies, open enrollment, wellness, etc.

Continually monitor external competitive landscape and emerging trends among benefits offerings across the globe and internal pulse of Altos Labs workforce

Improve and scale existing processes, including enrollment, changes, data management and internal cross-functional work.

Demonstrated experience leading all aspects of benefits strategy, design, administration, and compliance for a global company

Review and provide feedback related to data analytics in the research of market trends and benefits surveys

Required Licensure/Certification: None Required. Minimum Experience: 5 years of experience in benefits plan management.

Minimum Required Education: Bachelor's degree in related field.
