Fluency in Adobe Creative suite, focusing mainly on Illustrator, Photoshop, and Lightroom. InDesign knowledge is a plus.

BA/BFA Degree in Graphic Design or Related Field with 2-3 years of Design Experience

Develops packaging design and production files for a wide variety of housewares and wall décor items in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

2+ years relevant experience in packaging/graphic design

Previous experience or interest in outdoor recreation is a plus!

Design packaging for various products using provided assets

Update packaging design, including adding new fonts and backgrounds, the companys logo, and other product features to the 2D layout

Update and make necessary revisions based on client feedback

Assist in other design projects as needed

Knowledge of newest design, typography, illustration, fashion, culture and present to team

Excellent leadership, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across functional lines and at many levels

Expert of Adobe Creative Suite. Knowledge of motion graphics web platforms a plus

Design for all digital assets including homepages, emails, landing pages and banners, ensuring brand aesthetic

Ability to create comprehensive layouts and graphics with brand understanding, inclusive of type, color, illustration and fashion

Ensure consistency of brand and creative across digital customer touch points

Strong organizational skills, accountability in meetings with taking notes.

Knowledge of Pointcarre, PLM a plus, but not essential.

2-4 years experience, minimum, preferred.

2+ years of Packaging Design experience

Previous experience within the licensing industry

Design packaging from concept through execution to production

Working with licensing brands to ensure designs are aligned with brand guidelines

Work closing with the sales, licensing, and product development teams to ensure proper guidelines are being met

Work closely with the entire packaging team to review packaging communication from the factory about the development of your designs

Work with vendors on new concepts and follow through with detail on graphics required, box/acetate required, sizing requirements, and pricing.

Conceptualize and design print materials including influencer kit boxes, media kits, and packaging materials.

Use Adobe Creative Suite to create high-quality graphics, layouts, and packaging

High level Adobe Creative Suite knowledge (especially Photoshop and Illustrator)

Basic retouching experience with product/model photography

2-3 or more years of professional progressively responsible experience in design/marketing field.

Expert knowledge of prepress for print production

5+ years of experience in mass packaging production in the CPG space

Experience in baby/toddler/toy marketing to parents

Working within strict style guides to develop new packaging designs

Transition exciting packaging to new packaging files to reflect new branding

Use internal task management software to track and maintain data for each order.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously and effectively at a high level of creative execution.

2+ years of professional agency experience.

Advanced knowledge of Adobe Illustrator.
