2+ years of Packaging Design experience

Previous experience within the licensing industry

Design packaging from concept through execution to production

Working with licensing brands to ensure designs are aligned with brand guidelines

Work closing with the sales, licensing, and product development teams to ensure proper guidelines are being met

Work closely with the entire packaging team to review packaging communication from the factory about the development of your designs

Must have strong, creative problem-solving skills as well as strong interpersonal, communication & project management skills.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, merchandising, & product management to create outstanding copy & graphics.

Create packing instructions for the factories & communicate requirements as needed.

Advanced experience creating dielines with measurements, quality, etc. for factory use

Graphic Design & Package Design experience including creating prototypes.

Have a thorough knowledge of the technical design of the product (specs, layout, construction)

Degree in Design, Graphic Design, UX, or equivalent experience

High level Adobe Creative Suite knowledge (especially Photoshop and Illustrator)

Basic retouching experience with product/model photography

Partner with our Ecommerce and Amazon team to help strategize, design, and deliver consistent updates to our imagery for PDPs

Partner with our in-house Copy team to help visually tell product stories

Join our Digital Designers in creating visual assets for all teams that include banners, emails, special projects, campaign assets, and more

5-7 years of design experience in a comparable packaging environment

Manage all information sharing across Design teams for various product categories and cross-functional partners such as PD teams and merchandising teams

Manage a team with one direct report and one apprentice

7-10 years of textile design work experience within the fashion industry or related field

Must be skilled at hand drawing and painting

Experience developing product directly with factories is a plus; understanding of product development from concept through commercialization

Knowledge of textiles, embellishments, and performance quality

Apply understanding of design knowledge for all projects
