Our client, a provider of Health, Dental, Vision, Medicaid and Medicare Healthcare service plans in the state of California with 4.7 million members and $22.9 billion of annual revenues, seeks an accomplished Associate Healthcare Project Manager.

Work Schedule:

• Work Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pacific

Job Summary:

The role is to support the Health Data Strategy team procure and provide access to internal and external EMRs.

Role & Responsibilities:

• In this capacity, the resource will liaise with client staff and provider partner staff to follow the access application process steps, complete documentation, collect required information, share the information with the provider and facilitate answering questions related to the application.
• Coordinate with provider partners to gain access to their EMRs for client Medical Directors, Case Managers, Utilization Review nurses and Quality resources.
• Provision access Epic Payer Platform access for client users. The resource will receive requests for access to Epic Payer Platform, review the requests, assess if they meet access standards, follow approval process, and provide access if request is approved.
