10+ years experience conducting fact finding and admission seeking interviews (Wicklander-Zulawski certified)

Three years of previous security, military, or law enforcement experience

· Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent knowledge and experience, preferred.

· Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) certification, required.

· Expertise in SaaS application operations and identity management.

· Detect and drive remediation of vulnerabilities across network, endpoint, and server environments.

· Manage the incident response program, coordinating response actions with internal and external stakeholders and vendors.

· 10+ years of relevant experience in technology, development, or IT operations.

2 years of leadership or management experience required.

5 years of leadership or management experience preferred.

Location: Tennessee Market (Partially Remote)

Recommend department's requirements for space, equipment, and financial needs.

Oversee activities related to staffing including hiring, orienting, evaluating, coaching, disciplinary actions and continuing education initiatives.

High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Bachelor's degree required.

Experience in emergency planning and training management preferred.

Proven project management and analytical skills.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Past Security Program experience preferred.

Past airline experience highly preferred.

Experience in handling sensitive information preferred.

Project Management Professional (PMP) a plus

Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) a plus

Experienced Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel skills.

Security industry installation and technology experience is a must.

Experience in WeSuite: Security Sales Automation Software and/or SedonaOffice software a plus.

Minimum Experience: at least 4 to 7 years’ experience demonstrating progressive responsibility.

Knowledge of access control software, hard key management strategies, electronic lock maintenance and management, and wireless lock management.

Higher education experience and understanding of safety and security protocol for large living and residential housing settings preferred.
