Assistant Director Of Security Operations Jobs in Ohio

Have a minimum of 2 years of Management experience in a similar position, preferably in a luxury setting.

Excellent organizational skills and communication skills are necessary. De-escalation experience is critical.

Must be detailed oriented, excellent computer skills necessary.

Flexible schedule is required, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Must be able to work in a high-pace and dynamic operation.

Have a pleasant, friendly and helpful manner.

2 years of leadership or management experience required.

5 years of leadership or management experience preferred.

Location: Tennessee Market (Partially Remote)

Recommend department's requirements for space, equipment, and financial needs.

Oversee activities related to staffing including hiring, orienting, evaluating, coaching, disciplinary actions and continuing education initiatives.

High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Bachelor's degree required.
