Job Description
Tapcheck is hiring for a Zendesk Administrator to take charge of our customer support management system and ensure its seamless operations. As the Zendesk Admin, you will play a crucial role in leading and overseeing the ongoing development of our comprehensive suite of customer support tools.


What You’ll Do:


  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues related to Zendesk.
  • Manage integrations with third-party applications.
  • Develop training materials and provide user training on Zendesk functionality.
  • Drive the design and implementation of various tools and systems, empowering our internal teams to deliver an exceptional experience to our valued members
  • Design and execute Zendesk configuration changes.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all Zendesk-related inquiries and issues.
  • Administer Zendesk user accounts and provide user support.
  • Assist in reporting on customer support metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs)


What You'll Bring:


  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • At least 5+years of experience in Zendesk administration or a similar role
  • Experience in reporting, data analysis, and the use of industry-standard metrics and KPIs
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues
  • Proficiency in Zendesk administration, including the ability to develop custom fields, workflows, and automations
  • Strong understanding of customer support management best practices and the ability to identify areas for process improvement
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field, or equivalent experience

Compensation: $90,000 – $100,000/year. The actual base salary will depend on numerous factors such as: location, experience, training, knowledge. and skills. Tapcheck reserves the right to amend, change, alter, and revise pay ranges and benefits offerings at any time. All applicants acknowledge that by applying to this position you understand that this specific pay range is contingent upon meeting the qualifications and requirements of the role, and for the successful completion of the interview selection and process. It is at the Company's discretion to determine what pay is provided to a candidate within the range associated with the role.
