Tapcheck is hiring for a Zendesk Administrator to take charge of our customer support management system and ensure its seamless operations. As the Zendesk Admin, you will play a crucial role in leading and overseeing the ongoing development of our comprehensive suite of customer support tools.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues related to Zendesk.
- Manage integrations with third-party applications.
- Develop training materials and provide user training on Zendesk functionality.
- Drive the design and implementation of various tools and systems, empowering our internal teams to deliver an exceptional experience to our valued members
- Design and execute Zendesk configuration changes.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all Zendesk-related inquiries and issues.
- Administer Zendesk user accounts and provide user support.
- Assist in reporting on customer support metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- At least 5+years of experience in Zendesk administration or a similar role
- Experience in reporting, data analysis, and the use of industry-standard metrics and KPIs
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues
- Proficiency in Zendesk administration, including the ability to develop custom fields, workflows, and automations
- Strong understanding of customer support management best practices and the ability to identify areas for process improvement
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field, or equivalent experience
