Job Description

A Office Administrator is responsible for the overall organization of a company's office. They are responsible for tasks such as managing staff, filing and organizing documents, scheduling appointments, maintaining office equipment, and ensuring that office supplies are always stocked.

Responsibilities

  • Provide office guests with a hospitable experience
  • Interact with IT, phone and building personnel as needed
  • Supervise the maintenance of office areas, equipment, and facilities
  • Manage the reception area and staff to ensure effective communication both internally and externally


Qualifications

  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
