Zendesk Integration Administrator Jobs

Maintain and manage the existing Zendesk configuration for all products.

Ability to translate business requirements into technical deliverables.

Experience with AI bot configuration preferred.

Experience with Zendesk Theme customization preferred.

Strong understanding of customer support management best practices and the ability to identify areas for process improvement

Manage integrations with third-party applications.

At least 5+years of experience in Zendesk administration or a similar role

Strong collaboration and communication skills

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues

Experience in reporting, data analysis, and the use of industry-standard metrics and KPIs

9-15 plus years of Experience in Application Development Project with experience in ETL

5+ years of Zendesk experience across all channels (Messaging and Social, Talk and Email, Bots and automation)

Working knowledge of Developer tools including Creation, CRM apps and APIs is a plus.
