Netsuite Accounting Specialist Jobs

Our client, who is a leading cybersecurity company, is seeking a NetSuite Accounting Specialist for a short-term contract.

This job is 100% remote but must be based in either Texas, California, or Colorado.

*One month contract

*Part-time hours

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the timely and accurate closure of projects in NetSuite, ensuring all necessary documentation and approvals are obtained
• Calculate project revenue accurately, ensuring adherence to predefined revenue recognition rules and policies
• Collaborate with the accounting team to reconcile project relate revenue and billing data
• Setup new projects in NetSuite according to established processes and guidelines.
• Verify revenue and billing information to ensure accuracy

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of revenue recognition principles and practices
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Prior experience with NetSuite project setup and revenue calculation
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and high attention to detail
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and processes
