AWS Connect SME Job Description An AWS Connect SME (Subject Matter Expert) is a highly experienced and knowledgeable professional who is responsible for providing technical expertise and guidance on AWS Connect solutions. The AWS Connect SME is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing AWS Connect solutions for customers. The AWS Connect SME must have a deep understanding of the AWS Connect platform, its features, and its capabilities. AWS Connect SME Job Skills Required
• Expertise in AWS Connect solutions
