Overview Amazon Connect Solution Architects are responsible for designing, developing, and deploying Amazon Connect solutions. They work closely with customers to understand their business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs. They are also responsible for providing technical guidance and support to customers throughout the implementation process. Detailed Job Description Amazon Connect Solution Architects are responsible for designing, developing, and deploying Amazon Connect solutions. They work closely with customers to understand their business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs. They are also responsible for providing technical guidance and support to customers throughout the implementation process. Amazon Connect Solution Architects must have a deep understanding of Amazon Connect and its features, as well as the ability to design and develop solutions that meet customer requirements. They must also be able to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise during the implementation process. Job Skills Required

Job Qualifications

• Experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Ruby
