Workplace Team Lead Jobs

Rework is exclusively partnering with a global tech scale-up to find their first Workplace Team Lead for their new office in New York City. As their first workplace hire on the ground in the US, you’ll have a massive impact by creating an exceptional employee experience as they prepare to scale.

Reporting to the global leader in Europe, you'll enjoy the autonomy to design the best-in-class facilities, services, tools, and spaces for all US employees while collaborating with their global team. You’ll oversee day-to-day workplace operations, implement office policies, manage vendors and events while planning for their future expansion.

They’re looking for a least five years of experience in Workplace Operations in a tech-first, scale-up environment. You’ll need excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and independently with a proactive problem-solving approach.

This permanent role is based onsite in their New York office. Their ideal salary range is $75k - $85k base salary plus equity, but we’re benchmarking local compensation, as it’s their first Workplace hire in the US, and there is some flexibility.
